Job summary
The purpose of this position is to
• Promote educational offerings to HCPs in primary care
• Record and respond to HCP enquiries regarding current educational programmes
• Deliver educational programmes to HCPs in the primary care setting
General responsibilities
- Maintain credible understanding of relevant client therapy areas and treatment options in the therapy area, by completion of assigned curriculum, participation in training and assessments, and self-directed learning
- Develop and demonstrate a high level of competence in the content of the educational programmes
- Develop a network in primary care and self-manage appointments, growing the demand for educational programmes
- Deliver Educational programmes in an impactful and engaging manner, capturing feedback and educational impact and submit these in monthly reporting
- Report back to team manager/client regarding ongoing educational gaps in primary care
- Fully understand and comply with local codes of practice, guidelines, and laws to ensure the strictest requirements are met particularly with respect to delivery of promotional verses non-promotional information.
- Maintain a diary of planned and completed HCP interactions in accordance with requirements
- Maintain metrics and reporting and meet or exceed targets in accordance with requirements of the team manager
- Record all external interactions in the relevant CRM
- Refer unsolicited information requests from healthcare professionals and associated to medical information for response
- Maintain currency with PV training and report events following Sponsor Client policy
- Participate in and contribute to team meetings and training programmes and support the team manager in continuous improvement in the function and services
- Cover for other team members as required

Education
- Bachelor of Nursing Degree is a must
- Registered Nurse qualification with experience
- Current APHRA registration
Work experience
- In current practice as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in a primary care setting is ideal but not necessary
