The Opportunity:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Growth Marketing Lead, Offline to join our growing growth marketing team. This role will report into our Associate Director, Growth (Offline) and will support the execution of Caraway’s Offline channels including TV/CTV, Audio, Direct Mail. and OOH. They will own the day-to-day strategy of TV and will manage a direct report focused on Podcast and Direct Mail. They will collaborate with crossfunctional internal teams and assist in aligning all Offline channels with Caraway’s goals, brand values, and mission. They expertly communicate cross functionally and build strong relationships to elevate the Caraway experience, ensuring that all Offline channels, team members, and vendors feel supported and informed at every turn. 

Who You Are: 
As the Growth Marketing Lead, Offline, you will play a critical role in the success of our Offline Channels. You will ensure the smooth execution of all campaigns. You will manage spend recommendations, strategy, creative testing, and all communication with our TV and Direct Mail vendors as well as lead our Growth Manager, Podcast. In managing a direct report you will provide high level strategy and spend recommendations ensuring that all components of the audio program are aligned with Caraway’s business goals. You have strong organizational skills and your attention to detail will be key in keeping the channels running efficiently and supporting the broader team’s efforts.

You are a proactive, resourceful team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. You take initiative and have a relentless desire to optimize + improve the performance of offline channels. You’re a clear communicator, passionate about Offline Channels, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks while maintaining a positive, solutions-oriented mindset. Whether it’s helping manage TV campaigns or launching new OOH tactics, you’ll bring your data savviness and creativity to contribute to the growth and success of the offline team! 

Responsibilities:
Offline Channel Ownership & Strategy

  • Own key offline channels and initiatives, including Direct Mail, Audio (Podcast/Radio/Streaming), and TV (Linear/CTV), driving efficient growth at scale.
  • Develop and execute strategies to scale offline channels while optimizing for incremental performance and efficiency.

Vendor & Partner Management

  • Manage all vendor relationships for Direct Mail and TV/CTV, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business goals.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for external partners, negotiating contracts and optimizing partnerships for long-term success.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage and mentor a direct report responsible for Podcast buys, providing guidance and development opportunities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including design, brand marketing, and digital product, to continuously evolve and improve offline channel strategies.

Creative Testing & Optimization

  • Develop hypotheses and execute experiments on creative assets and landing pages to enhance incremental performance across all offline channels.
  • Analyze test results and implement learnings to refine and optimize creative strategies.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Design offline growth reports and conduct ad hoc reporting to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Own and maintain all reporting for TV programs, ensuring accurate performance tracking and visibility.
  • Proactively share insights with internal stakeholders to inform budget allocation, creative direction, and channel strategy.

Campaign Execution & Operations

  • Oversee the distribution of campaign briefs, product details, and creative assets to vendors, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly and effectively.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • 6+ years of offline growth marketing experience in TV (Linear/OTT), Direct Mail, Audio (Podcast/Radio/Streaming) in the DTC/Ecomm space
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Added bonus if you have experience managing Affiliate marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively partner with vendors/agencies
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, capable of translating complex datasets into actionable insights.
  • You're an Excel wizard with experience in Google Analytics and a working knowledge of BI tools (e.g. Looker). 
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously + independently
  • Proactive and resourceful mindset, ability to find creative solutions that align with business objectives
  • Team player who collaborates effectively with other departments where necessary to cross-promote influencer content. 
  • A can-do attitude, enjoy wearing many hats, and are eager to jump in and problem-solve when needed.

The anticipated base salary range for this role ​is $120,000 - $145,000 - Final compensation will depend on a variety of factors determining the base pay at offer, including but not limited to: skills, qualifications, experience. This range provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.
