Job description

We are seeking an experienced UI Architect to lead the design and development of innovative and intuitive user interfaces. The ideal candidate will have over a decade of experience in UI/UX design and development, with a strong proficiency in ReactJS. This role demands a visionary with the ability to create seamless drag-and-drop workflows, customizable white labeled experiences, and accessible UIs in compliance with ARIA specifications.

Responsibilities

Lead UI/UX Strategy: Define and implement the overall UI/UX strategy for our products, ensuring a cohesive and user-friendly experience across all platforms.

Architect and Design: Create detailed architectural designs and frameworks that support scalable and maintainable code.

ReactJS Development: Develop high-quality, responsive web applications using ReactJS, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

Drag-and-Drop Workflows: Design and implement intuitive drag-and-drop interfaces that enhance user productivity and engagement.

White Labeled Solutions: Develop customizable UI components that can be easily branded and configured for different clients.

Accessibility: Ensure all UIs are accessible and compliant with ARIA specifications, enhancing usability for users with disabilities.

Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and designers to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Code Review and Mentorship: Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Stay Current: Keep up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

Teaching Others: Organize and facilitate spaces for sharing knowledge on front-end (FE) advancements, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

Experience: 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design and development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality products.

Technical Skills:Extensive experience with ReactJS, React Router, NextJS, or Remix.Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.Strong understanding of responsive design principles.

Drag-and-Drop Interfaces: Demonstrated experience in designing and developing drag-and-drop workflows.

White Labeling: Experience in creating customizable and brandable UI components.

Accessibility: Proven experience in developing accessible UIs compliant with ARIA specifications.

Architectural Skills: Ability to design scalable and maintainable architectures for complex web applications.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preffered Qualifications

Experience in FinTech or Payment Related Technologies

UI/UX Tools: Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.

Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Continuous Integration: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
