Your Role:

• Leading analytics team (3 team members)
• Analysis of product features and their impact on financial and product metrics
• Conducting product research, finding insights in data
• Segmentation of the customer base, building and analyzing funnels, finding problems and developing hypotheses
• Creating dashboards for analyzing and monitoring product metrics
• Stakeholder communication regarding analytics tasks
• Working closely with Data Engineers

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in product or data analytics from 4 years
• Deep knowledge of SQL (complex queries and query optimization)
• Strong experience with python and excel
• Experience in visualizing and presenting data to customers using BI tools (Tableau, powerBI, metabase)
• Ability to comprehend complex, large-volume, and sometimes contradictory information to obtain the most effective solutions

Additional:

• Experience managing a team of 2 people or more
• Experience with ETL (airflow, prefect, etc.) and version control
• Advanced knowledge in statistics and data science
