Business Analyst -Insurance Industry Experience

We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst to join our corporate operations team.  The Analyst will support the documentation, analysis, and optimization of organizational processes. 

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on projects that impact many departments and is essential in helping our organization make informed decisions and improve efficiency.

Your Impact:

• Identify and collaborate with stakeholders to obtain and document requirements and needs.
• Transform client requests into project deliverables which may include process models, SWOT analysis, and data mappings.
• Analyze data and processes to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to the development of project plans and participate in project management activities.
• Facilitate communication between teams/departments including finance, IT, HR, and business operations.
• Prepare presentations and documentation for stakeholders which summarize findings and recommendations.

Successful Candidates will Have:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role
• Previous insurance experience required
• Experience with Vertafore and Applied applications a plus
• Ability to work within strict deadlines independently on multiple projects

At Risk Strategies Company, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings, The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay range for this position is between $75,000.00 - $90,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
