Job description

We are looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Executive to join a Dubai based Travel Tech company.

You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by building and nurturing relationships with customers and closing new deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential leads
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions to help them succeed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tech, product, and marketing
Monitor and report on the commercial health of customer accounts
Establish and sustain long-term, profitable partnerships with key players in the travel industry

Requirements:

Bachelors degree (Masters degree is a plus)
3+ years of sales experience in a related industry in Turkey (Travel technology solutions, B2B SaaS, Bed banks/leading OTAs, Hotel Sales)
Familiarity with the workflow of Destination Management Companies, inbound tour operators, or vacation rentals
A robust network within the travel industry
Proven experience with cold calling
Demonstrated success in managing the full sales cycle
Proficiency with IT tools, including Microsoft Office/Google Suite, CRM systems, etc.
Professional to fluent proficiency in English
A startup mindset, with a willingness to adapt and embrace change in a tech-savvy environment
