What would you do as our Solution Architect

As a Solution architect for our Global ServiceNow Platform,  you will support our ASSA ABLOY Group IT, taking care of ASSA ABLOYs shared infrastructure and global applications.  You will also execute the roadmap and development for the Global ServiceNow platform, working closely with our Solution architect, development team and the Service Management Office team, Group IT and our partners and divisional IT. Within this role, you will help us understand how to enable and utilize ServiceNow capabilities that will deliver the most value for our organization.

 

You would also:

  • Make sure our Service management platform deliver business value for our stakeholders.
  • Analyse Group IT strategy in ServiceNow platform.
  • Ensure compliance with any and all related Policies, including both the Platform and integrations.
  • Drive Continual improvement initiatives.
  • Make sure we have a well-functioning delivery and handover to Operations.

 

The skills and experience you need    
We are looking for someone who: 

  • Has minimum of 4 years of professional experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Has strong knowledge of developing in ServiceNow platform.
  • Has extensive knowledge of ITIL Practices and integration of those in an international enterprise.
  • Is fluent in English, spoken and written.
  • Is available for travel and fieldwork including international travel, therefore employee must possess a valid Passport and can acquire valid visas.

 

IIL certifications would be extremely beneficial in this role.
