Description
IVX Health is looking for an experienced Manager, Financial Assistance to oversee patient financial assistance programs and ensure patients can effectively manage their out-of-pocket costs. This role is responsible for leading financial assistance initiatives, optimizing workflows, and collaborating across departments to support patient care.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee financial assistance programs, including patient estimates, grant enrollment, and Medicare financial support (MP3).
- Develop patient communication strategies that are clear, empathetic, and solution-focused.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team using performance metrics and dashboards to drive engagement and efficiency.
- Provide strategic insights to senior leadership and translate financial assistance trends into actionable recommendations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial assistance workflows and pharmacy operations.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development (L&D) to ensure the team is trained on evolving financial aid programs.
- Work closely with pharmacy operations, PA leadership, and Regional Operations Directors (RODs) to align financial assistance efforts with patient care models and resolve escalations.

Required Competencies and Skills

Required Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial assistance programs, patient support services, or healthcare revenue cycle management.
- Leadership experience with a proven track record of managing teams and improving processes.
- Experience in specialty pharmacy operations and Medicare financial assistance programs is a plus.
Pay Range:
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and is benchmarked against similar organizations to our size and industry. For our Manager, Financial Assistance role, we generally pay new hires between $57,000 and $85,000 annually. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for roles and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation. In addition to cash pay, full-time regular employees are eligible for 401(k), health benefits, and other company benefits; some of these benefits may also be available for part-time positions.
