Hi, this is Mateo from CI&T! I am a Talent Attracting Analyst looking for people located in Colombia for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to work in a Project in the Technology Sector.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer who is passionate about building scalable, high-quality web applications. You will be a key player in our development team, responsible for contributing to all stages of the software development lifecycle. Your expertise in technologies such as Java, Angular, and Spring Boot, combined with a deep understanding of automated testing and continuous integration practices, will be crucial in delivering solutions that meet our high standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

•Design, develop, test, deploy, release, and support regulated SaaS-based solutions.

•Innovate to meet customer needs by eliminating waste and creating measurable value.

•Champion automation and drive the adoption of CI/CD pipelines.

•Develop and execute unit tests, leveraging automated testing tools.

•Embrace change, foster relentless improvement, and mentor junior engineers.

•Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.

•Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and alignment with customer needs.

Requirements for this challenge:

•5+ years of experience in SaaS-based product development or regulated industries.

•Expertise in Java, JavaScript, SQL, and proficiency in tools/frameworks like Angular, Spring Boot, Postgres, •Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, and GitLab.

•Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

•Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
