We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Full Stack Magento Developer to join our e-commerce development team. In this role, you will be integral in building and maintaining robust, scalable Magento-based e-commerce solutions.

Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions that enhance user experience and meet business goals.

-Develop, customize, and maintain Magento-based e-commerce websites, including theme integration, module development, and back-end enhancements.

-Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and Magento development guidelines to maintain high-quality deliverables.

-Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and bugs in Magento applications, providing effective solutions that align with business operations.

-Implement and manage third-party integrations and extensions to enhance e-commerce functionality across various channels.

-Optimize website performance, including page load times, responsiveness, and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience.

-Stay informed about Magento updates, security patches, and industry best practices, ensuring timely upgrades and compliance with standards.

-Collaborate closely with Solutions Architects to design and implement technical solutions that align with the overall architecture of the platform.

-Engage with stakeholders to understand the business context and assess how technical solutions impact users and business operations.

-Document technical solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing within the development team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

-Strong proficiency in Magento development technologies, including PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

-Proven experience as a Magento Developer or Engineer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating both front-end and back-end capabilities.

-In-depth knowledge of Magento best practices, architecture patterns, and design principles.

-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering effective technical solutions that address business needs.

-Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

-Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

-Demonstrated ability to quickly learn business contexts and understand the implications of technical solutions on users and operations.

Nice to have:

-Knowledge of marketplace e-commerce is a plus.
