What’s the opportunity?
  • We are looking for a Operation Support Associate to join the Payins team. The ideal candidate will join a team that takes responsibility for executing daily operational tasks, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. This role focuses on the efficient execution of assigned tasks.

  • What will you be doing?
  • Ensuring the correct flow of operations in the company by completing the payments received in different countries where the company has a presence.
  • Performing daily routines that include: Processing and ensuring the corresponding manual payins within the established deadlines, analysis of reports and processors performances, getting to know the Convertion Rate and correct flow of the merchants, contact Operations, IT and Incident Management area to solve possible technical problems.
  • Identifying and reporting issues and follow-up corrective actions to resolve differences and deficiencies.
  • Managing tight SLAs and prioritizing workload according to urgency.
  • Working closely with other departments of the company.
  • Answering with an analysis of claims from merchants or end users.

  • What skills do I need?
  • Bachelor’s degree in administration or any other related field (in process or completed).
  • 1+ years of administrative or back office experience, preferably in a multicultural environment.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Strong excel skills, ability to handle large amounts of data and to create reports.
  • High attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, Systematic and well organized.
  • Ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-task.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive and resolutive.
