Responsibilities

  • Responsible for standard processes and infrastructure required to monitor and report project adherence to WFS Project Management and achievement of project metrics (scope, time, budget, and quality) 
  • Implement regular project governance reviews to establish accountability with leadership 
  • Establish project metrics/KPIs to assist in proactively managing projects 
  • Provides large project oversight regarding scope, resources, and estimations 
  • Employs an effective, diplomatic, and influential communication style that works across the organizational teams 
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of the WFS Methodology and associated processes 
  • Defines metrics and KPIs required to effectively measure all projects 
  • Develop and maintain project estimation processes 
  • Provides leadership and guidance (mentoring) to others 
  • Responsible for quality risk assessment aligned to organizational thresholds 
  • Assist project teams and customers to identify project risks and define mitigation strategies 
  • Participate in project deal reviews required to facilitate the approval of all project proposals based on organizational thresholds 
  • Works collaboratively with internal teams to define their estimation best practices and templates 
  • Define project metrics and thresholds that drive proactive project audits on active projects 
  • Conduct project audits to assist project teams with quality delivery, identification of risks, associated mitigations, and project issue resolutions 
  • Create a work environment that attracts and fosters employees of the highest caliber 
  • Provide process, tools, and metrics to help measure employee growth in their respective roles 
  • Ensures Project Management resources are aligned to support the overall strategic direction of the organization 
  • Provide key data and information for the executive team to make complex organizational and strategic decisions 

Requirements

  • Experience in process design and driving change management initiatives across an organization 
  • Strong consulting, Project Management and/or Project Management experience 
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology and/or relevant experience 
  • 10+ years project delivery experience in an enterprise software consulting environment 
  • 10+ years managing customer relationships in a delivery capacity 
  • Excellent customer relationship management and business acumen 
  • Experience in managing a client portfolio 
  • Prior responsibility in handling Director and C-Level escalations including negotiations as a vendor to large clients 
  • 8+ years of demonstrated ability to lead a professional services team that includes managers, consultants, trainers and technical support 
  • Strong knowledge of project management theory and practices. 
  • A proven history of success managing HCM and/or ERP implementation teams. 
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills 
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills with a strong emphasis on Excel 
  • Understand waterfall and agile methodologies, frameworks, and practices in a services delivery role 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset required, as the role requires capability of rapidly shifting focus and responding to ever-changing conditions 
  • Understand common implementation principles and lifecycle 
  • Capability to exercise mature judgement 
  • Demonstrates technical aptitude to learn quickly and adapts to new circumstances 

Travel

  • Ability to travel up to 50%, with potential for international travel

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
