Reports to: Business Manager, Ireland
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours of work: 9am – 5.30pm, 37.5 hrs/week plus any additional hours needed to fulfill the role

We are currently seeking an experienced candidate for the position of Administrator who will be responsible for providing daily support to the office based in Ireland.
This is a varied role and responsible for providing support to key business functions across operational departments. Key duties would include providing quotes to clients, data entry, processing completed transcripts to clients, managing transcript orders for all clients and the providing of administrative support across departments during periods of holiday and absence.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, well organised and competent in professionally handling confidential information. In addition, you will need to be approachable, personable and well presented.
