Responsibilities
  • Manage and prioritize email communications across multiple business entities, ensuring timely and professional responses in both French and English
  • Perform essential bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including transaction matching, data entry, and financial record maintenance
  • Engage with customers on various social media platforms, crafting responses, liking comments, and fostering positive community interactions
  • Handle diverse administrative tasks spanning our marketing agency, bar/restaurant, construction company, and hockey school operations
  • Assist with calendar management and appointment scheduling, coordinating across different business timelines and priorities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient administrative processes to streamline operations across all business ventures
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and task completion across our diverse business portfolio
Requirements
  • Native-level fluency in both French and English (reading, writing, and speaking) is essential
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or a strong aptitude for quickly learning financial software
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle tasks across multiple business areas efficiently
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different industries and audiences
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and a knack for engaging online communities
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a remote setting
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced, multi-industry environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and comfort with learning new software applications as needed
  • Previous experience in administrative roles, particularly in diverse business settings, is a plus
  • Flexibility to occasionally handle tasks outside of regular hours, as the nature of our businesses may require
