Job Overview
We are looking for a mid-level Sales Engineer specializing in Construction Material to join our team. This full-time, remote position is based out of Delhi, Gurgaon, Greater Noida, or Pune. The successful candidate will have a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience and will focus on key sales initiatives to drive our business forward.
Qualifications And Skills
Strong sales skills (Mandatory skill)
Knowledge of construction materials with the ability to explain technical details to customers
Understanding of the construction industry and its market dynamics
Technical aptitude to understand product specifications and their applications
Customer relationship management to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Effective sales techniques to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in the construction materials sector
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
Roles And Responsibilities
Identify and target potential clients in the construction industry to promote our range of construction materials
Develop and deliver technical presentations to clients to showcase product benefits and applications
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent post-sales support
Analyze market trends to identify new sales opportunities and strategies for growth
Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to understand product specifications and provide feedback from customers
Prepare and present sales reports to track performance and provide insights for decision-making
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during all sales activities
