With over 23 years of service to the insurance, government, and legal sectors, we deliver pivotal surveillance and investigative solutions tailored to worker’s compensation, auto liability, general liability, and disability claims.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive surveillance for various claims, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in investigations.
Execute activity checks and background investigations as required, contributing to informed decision-making processes.
Take witness statements and perform scene inspections, providing critical evidence for case assessments.
Maintain meticulous and detailed reports of all investigative findings to support case documentation.

Required Skills

A minimum of two years of surveillance experience, demonstrating proficiency in investigative techniques.
Exceptional report writing and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and effective information dissemination.
Capability to perform both stationary and mobile surveillance across diverse environments, including high-risk areas.
Comfort with pretext investigations, showcasing adaptability in various investigative scenarios.

Qualifications

A current Private Investigator license in Wisconsin is mandatory.
At least two years of relevant surveillance experience is required, illustrating a solid foundation in the field.
