We are currently looking for an outgoing go getter for a commission-based sales position. No experience is necessary, as we will train you for success! This would be a great opportunity for a current caregiver, CNA, direct care worker, or student to gain marketing and sales experience.
Pay Rate
This is a commission-based position.

Essential Responsibilities
Speaking with potential clients to introduce them to us, and the great services that we provide.
Using tools to reach out to potential clients. This could include working our existing pipeline, attending events, calls to facilities/locations, and sales calls/visits to other agencies that assist, or house, those within our communities that could use our services.
Follow, grow, and update company sales lead system.
Set up intakes.
Weekly reports to the management team.
Requirements
No experience necessary.
Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
Previous experience in home care is a plus.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
Highest ethical standards in showing good stewardship of client and company IP / information.
Must live within 45 minutes of Ypsilanti, Michigan.
