Job Description:

The Sales Development Representative plays a crucial role in driving business growth by executing targeted prospecting strategies through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and social media.

Responsibilities:

Conduct proactive prospecting calls to identify and cultivate potential leads.
Introduce software to decision-makers across the United States.
Collaborate with Account Executives (AEs) to schedule and organize product demonstrations.
Articulate the unique value proposition and demonstrate how it impacts customers and clients.
Establish and nurture new relationships with key decision-makers.

Collaboration and Support:

Work closely with AEs to convert appointments into successful deals.
Benefit from the valuable support and insights provided by AEs, your direct manager, and peers.
Actively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance your prospecting skills and techniques.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation, preferably in a B2B software sales environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to articulate the value and bring out the pain in their current process and show them what they are missing
Collaborative mindset with the capacity to work closely with AEs and other team members.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to contribute to the growth of the sales pipeline.
