About the role
Reporting to the National Government Relations Manager, The GP Advocate Coordinator will manage the RACGP GP Advocates Network, coordinate communications, training, and recruitment strategies, while maintaining strong relationships with members. The role supports advocacy efforts and drives Network growth and impact.
As our GP Advocate Coordinator, you'll also:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the RACGP GP Advocates Network, including communications, training, and briefing materials.
Implement recruitment strategies to expand the Network, particularly in underrepresented areas.
Maintain strong relationships with Network members and act as a key communication contact.
Develop and report on performance metrics to evaluate Network effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Skills & Experience
Strong understanding of government relations or advocacy.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to produce high-quality written materials.
Experience in communications, public health, or related fields.
