About The Role

As a Training Coordinator, you will manage the end-to-end registrar training process, working closely with supervisors, practice managers, and the medical education team to ensure the smooth delivery of the Australian General Practice Training (AGPT) program. Reporting to the Training Coordination Team Leader, you will coordinate placements, provide training advice, and support registrars in their journey toward becoming GPs.

As our Training Coordinator, you'll also:

  • Oversee and coordinate the end-to-end training process for registrars.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with registrars, supervisors, and practice staff.
  • Provide guidance and support to registrars throughout their training journey.
  • Ensure seamless program delivery by managing administrative and logistical tasks.


Skills & Experience

  • Strong coordination and organisational skills.
  • Experience in training or program administration.
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship management.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
