We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer for a 9-month remote contract role based in Raleigh, NC. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional who excels in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions tailored to meet diverse business requirements, specifically within the realms of Customer Service Management (CSM) and IT Service Management (ITSM).
Key Responsibilities
Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring the delivery of customized ServiceNow solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, focusing on the CSM and ITSM applications.
Implement workflows and integrations with external systems, ensuring seamless data exchange.
Maintain thorough documentation of ServiceNow configurations, processes, and workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee successful project execution and solution delivery.
Required Skills
Proficient in ServiceNow development and/or administration.
Experience utilizing ServiceNow Flow Designer or Workflow Editor, including capabilities such as Scheduled Script Executions (Scheduled Jobs).
Knowledge of ServiceNow notifications and reporting functionalities.
Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM) projects.
Capability to build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
Qualifications
Extensive experience as a senior-level ServiceNow Developer.
Strong customer-facing skills for effective requirements gathering.
ServiceNow certification is highly preferred.
