Business Analyst (SAP SD, CS)

Rheinmetall 4iG Digital Services (R4) is a joint venture between Rheinmetall, a globally leading supplier of defense and automotive products, and 4iG, Hungary’s leading IT systems integrator. R4 has been founded end of 2022 with its headquarters in Budapest and the initial mission to provide project- and operations-related IT services to Rheinmetall’s local subsidiaries in Hungary and worldwide. Based on business requirements and opportunities, R4 plans to progressively expand the scope of its services for internal and external customers alike.

What we are looking for

• Consulting and business analysis in the areas of Overhaul, Maintenance & Repair, SAP end-to-end processes and other relevant applications ( for eg: after sales, maintenance of products and machines )
• Collaboration with internal and external experts on processes, innovation, architecture and standards
• Gathering requirements in the field and developing solution-oriented strategies
• Analysing and documenting the requirements of business processes that require an IT solution
• Developing a global harmonisation strategy, including advice on optimising and improving business processes
• Demand coordination and consultancy in cooperation with business areas and demand management

What qualifications you should have

• Degree in computer science, industrial engineering or economics or equivalent professional qualifications
• At least 3 years' relevant professional experience in the field of activity required and consulting or project management experience
• Thorough process knowledge is a must , ERP standards and extensions (WRICEF) or other ERP software relevant to the area of interest is an strong advantage
• Strong customer-oriented, pro-active approach to both information and communication
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Fluency in German OR English and Hungarian - written and spoken
