Your Role
As a Marketing Manager, you will:
Develop, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns, including Search,
Display, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance daily, ensuring alignment with business objectives and budget constraints.
Identify opportunities for new campaigns and ensure existing campaigns meet performance targets
Manage and monitor advertising budgets to ensure cost-effective spending while achieving high ROI and ROAS.
Make data-driven adjustments to maximise profitability and overall campaign efficiency
Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging ad copy, visual assets, and landing pages that drive conversions.
Implement A/B testing to refine creatives and optimise campaign Effectiveness
Design and execute seasonal and promotional strategies tailored to business goals and market trends.
Identify peak opportunities to boost campaign performance during key sales periods
Regularly review performance metrics, including impressions, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and ROAS, using Google Ads dashboards and analytics tools.
Prepare insightful reports with actionable recommendations to share with key stakeholders
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes in digital advertising.
Ensure campaigns leverage the most advanced features and optimisations available.
Work closely with marketing, sales, and service teams to align advertising strategies with broader business objectives.
Contribute to building brand trust by promoting not only products but also services and the overall brand ethos
What You Need
Non-negotiables
A minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts for eCommerce.
Strong understanding of different campaign types and how to optimise for performance.
Proficient in analysing data to identify trends and make strategic decisions.
Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Familiarity with Google Analytics and other tracking tools to assess campaign success.
Proficient in using advanced Google Ads features, including audience segmentation, bid strategies, and conversion tracking.
Knowledge of tools like Google Tag Manager and other advertising platforms (e.g., Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Merchant Center) is a bonus
