Position: Life Insurance Salesperson

Location: Harton Corporate Center, Baclaran, Paranaque, Metro Manila, Baclaran

Your Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential clients from online leads, ensuring they align with the company's target audience and product offerings.
  • Client Engagement: Build rapport with potential clients through effective written and verbal communication to understand their needs and offer appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Sales Conversion: Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company insurance products, services, and industry regulations to provide accurate and comprehensive advice to clients.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and pipeline updates using the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our client experience manager to provide feedback on lead quality and develop strategies for improving conversion rates.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in training and professional development to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.

What You Need:

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the insurance or finance industry.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Skype, Hubspot).
