Position: Marketing Coordinator / Executive Assistant

Your Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation & Management:
    • Develop and schedule social media posts across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok) to drive engagement and generate leads.
    • Write and design engaging marketing deliverables, including blog posts, newsletters, social media content, and print materials.
    • Maintain an inventory and directory of marketing materials, coordinating new material creation as needed.
  • Market Research & Strategy Support:
    • Conduct research to analyze the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer behavior.
    • Support leadership in establishing and evaluating a comprehensive marketing strategy and plan.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on research to improve campaign effectiveness and alignment with sales goals.
  • Digital Marketing:
    • Monitor and analyze website traffic and engagement using tools like Google Analytics to inform strategies that meet sales goals.
    • Maintain and update the Be Electric Studios website, ensuring it reflects our services and promotes client inquiries.
    • Manage our SEO team to achieve our engagement goals
  • Campaign Coordination:
    • Communicate campaign deliverables, objectives, and timelines to team members, providing clear instructions for execution.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign metrics to track the success of marketing efforts and recommend improvements.
  • Client & Community Engagement:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted campaigns that generate new leads and drive bookings.
    • Foster relationships with industry partners, clients, and influencers to boost referrals and visibility.
    • Manage email campaigns and CRM systems to nurture client relationships and convert leads into bookings.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to leadership, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Draft and edit internal and external communications, presentations, and reports.
  • Act as a liaison between leadership and internal teams or external stakeholders.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks and special projects to ensure smooth operations.

Vendor & Event Coordination:

  • Manage and coordinate tasks outsourced to external vendors to ensure quality and timeliness.
  • Assist in planning and promoting events, including workshops, open houses, and panel discussions, with the goal of driving client acquisition.
  • Coordinate with virtual production and studio teams to document and showcase events that highlight Be Electric’s offerings.

What You Need:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, executive assistance, or a related role, preferably in the film, media, or creative industries.
  • Proficiency in Squarespace website management, including content updates and troubleshooting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the film and media production industry is a plus.
  • Experience managing external vendors and coordinating projects across teams is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and digital advertising strategies that drive sales.
  • Experience working with sales teams, supporting lead generation initiatives, and managing external vendors.
