As a Data Analyst at High Scale, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data to optimize advertising strategies and ensure the success of our performance-driven campaigns. Location: Colombia/Philippines (Remote)
Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Management
Gather, clean, and organize data from various sources such as ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), CRM systems, and website analytics tools.
Maintain data accuracy and integrity in databases and reporting systems.
Campaign Analysis & Optimization
Analyze performance metrics across digital advertising channels to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Provide recommendations for campaign optimization based on data insights.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
Reporting & Visualization
Create dashboards and visual reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings to internal teams and clients.
Predictive & Prescriptive Analytics
Use statistical models and machine learning techniques to forecast campaign outcomes and audience behavior.
Provide strategic guidance on budgeting, audience segmentation, and channel allocation.
Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including account managers, creative teams, and media buyers, to align data insights with campaign goals.
Support ad-hoc analysis requests from clients and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in advertising or marketing.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Retool, SQL, Python, or R.
Experience with advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
Familiarity with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data in a clear and concise manner.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of programmatic advertising and real-time bidding (RTB).
Experience with A/B testing and multivariate analysis.
Experience with Retool.
Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar platforms.
Understanding of SEO and SEM principles.
English Skills: Professional English Level (It is a must)
