Your Role
As a Business Development Manager, You Are Responsible For
Outbound Cold Calling
Email prospects clients
Manage new business enquiries
Maintain all notes in the agency CRM
Daily reporting via email to Director each day
Manage KPI reporting for the role using company reporting tools by a certain day each week
Ensure the minimum operational standards are met for this role
New business enquiries to be responded to within a specified time of receipt
Enquiry regarding software product - Information sent to client by a specified time
Followed up within a specific number of days
To maintain all company-wide policies
To work using the company values and supporting behaviors of the organization
Qualifications and Experience:
At least 3 or more years in manufacturing with working knowledge or experience in continuous improvement, manufacturing excellence, or lean manufacturing, operational excellence, quality assurance or training
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in cold calling (outbound B2B), email management
Well spoken
Eager to learn
Eager to help people
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word
Familiar with workplace documentation, procedures is a plus
Can speak/understand Spanish language is a plus
Experience using Pipedrive is plus
Someone who is passionate and can negotiate well.
Ability to work independently, calmly, and as part of a team.
Honest, reliable, proactive, with a "can-do" attitude
Can work on time-critical tasks, multi-task, and adhere to deadlines.
Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality/privacy regulations with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
