Job description

BA Global Talent is seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to join the team and ensure seamless operations. This role requires a self-starter who thrives on creating structure, remains calm under pressure, and anticipates needs with a positive, “can-do” attitude — especially during the CEO's travels.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with portfolio companies, and external stakeholders.
  • Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing detailed itineraries for the CEO.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
  • Proactively address and manage unexpected situations, ensuring minimal disruption to the workflow.
  • Collaborate with various departments to support projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Anticipate administrative needs and address issues before they arise.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and processes, proactively suggesting and implementing changes to save time and increase efficiency.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support smooth business operations.


Qualifications:

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including after-hours availability to support the CEO.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.


Time Zone: Argentina Time

Schedule: Full-time, with flexibility to accommodate after-hours support as needed.
