We are seeking a seasoned executive leader to oversee our claims operations. This role will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for ensuring operational excellence in both adjusting and field claim operations. The Vice President of Claim Operations will drive claim performance in alignment with our service standards and will focus on enhancing employee satisfaction and network performance, as indicated by Net Promoter Scores (NPS). The VP will also be accountable for managing budgetary costs while instilling a culture of high accountability within the claims teams.

Compensation And Benefits
Competitive salary: \(250k - \)300k OTE
Base salary: $175k
Performance-based bonuses: quarterly target of $30k, uncapped
401k plan with a 10% match after one year of service
Eligibility for medical, dental, and vision benefits, including HSA or FSA options
8 paid company holidays plus 1 floating holiday
64 hours of paid sick leave annually
Paid time off structure: 1 week in Year 1, 2 weeks in Years 2 & 3, 2.4 weeks in Years 3 & 4, and 3 weeks in Year 5
