🟣 The Opportunity
We’re looking for someone to support, optimise and grow our business development function.
You’ll work directly with our esteemed CEO to run and improve the entire sales process.
You’ll create campaigns, manage leads, support proposals, and ensure follow-ups happen — always looking for smarter, better ways to do things.
We’re looking for someone who is confident with generative AI and eager to learn how to improve business processes with tools like fireflies, Zapier and Click Up to free yourself (and us) from repetitive tasks.
You’ll refine how we track, manage, and convert leads, making our sales engine run smoothly and effectively.
Expect a lot of autonomy, direct exposure to clients, and the freedom to shape how we operate.
There is significant scope for growth for the right person.

Commercially minded – You will understand how sales support the growth of the whole business and be willing to take ownership of achieving our goals.
Entrepreneurial spirit – not essential but if you have done something interesting in the digital space, we’d really love to hear from you
