We are looking for a Mid-Level Dynatrace Engineer to support and maintain our multi-site distributed Dynatrace environment while working collaboratively with client teams and vendors in an enterprise setting.

Key Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day administration of multi-site Dynatrace environments

Coordinate with client teams for data onboarding and dashboard creation

Maintain Splunk monitoring, including performance tuning and testing

Participate in DR and BCP activities for Dynatrace Services

Manage user/group administration and app installations

Create and maintain technical documentation

Manage data retention policies and perform index administration

Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support

Handle support requests within SLA requirements

Qualifications

2-3+ years experience in an Enterprise-level Dynatrace environment

JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills

Python/Java and Object-Oriented Programming expertise

Strong foundation in RESTful APIs and data structures

Experience working in collaborative, multifunctional teams

Proven problem-solving and debugging skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Flexibility to work outside core business hours when needed
