Job description

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Sales Enablement Program Specialist within our cross-border division. This position falls under our Corpay Cross-Border line of business. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing, developing, increasing, and streamlining our usage of company-wide automation tools, including Salesloft and Seismic. This individual has no direct reports but offers indirect leadership and support to the various sales leaders across the organization.

This position reports to the Global Director of the Sales Enablement team and regularly collaborates with the sales team members and sales leadership within each region

Role Responsibilities

  • Ensure sellers are proficient with tools, driving productivity and brand awareness.
  • Implement strategies to increase engagement with Salesloft and Seismic platforms.
  • Evaluate and launch underutilized modules in Salesloft and Seismic.
  • Drive user adoption of Salesloft cadences and Seismic emails.
  • Manage relationships with CSMs to enhance operational efficiencies across regions.
  • Develop and implement best practices, maintaining and expanding SOPs for both tools.
  • Identify product ambassadors to promote the benefits of sales automation.
  • Provide one-on-one or group training sessions for users of both platforms.
  • Onboard new users, including sign-up and training sessions.
  • Develop assessment strategies aligned with business performance expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Enablement Content Specialist to create engaging content.
  • Work with sales leadership to identify gaps in performance and implement improvement strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or equivalent post-secondary degree
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in managing sales automation platforms
  • Proficient in managing Salesloft & Seismic or equivalent sales automation tools
  • Expertise in top-of-funnel prospecting automation tools & how they fit within the sales cycle process to drive engagement with potential clients
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
  • Knowledge of sales automation best practices, including all facets of platform management
  • Experience working in a B2B sales environment is preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and how they interact with Salesloft & Seismic
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivation, responsibility, fast learning, and an ability to work individually and collaboratively
  • Familiarity or expertise with the global payments or financial services sector is a plus
