Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Partners with stakeholders to understand business needs and define technical requirements.
Manages Salesforce roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, workflows, and groups to ensure secure and efficient system access.
Configures Salesforce features, including Flows, fields, Lightning Pages/Apps, record types, and custom metadata to meet business requirements.
Oversees the management of leads, contacts, and other data as needed, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Supports and mentors business teams in maintaining and enhancing the Sales and Service Cloud apps, guiding them in creating custom reports and dashboards to achieve their objectives.
Ensures optimal performance of Salesforce systems and identifies opportunities for system improvements or efficiencies.
Delivers training sessions, creates user guides, and ensures teams are proficient with Salesforce functionality and updates.
Evaluates and implements new Salesforce releases and AppExchange solutions, incorporating changes into the system as appropriate.
Documents processes, creates error reports, and maintains change logs to ensure system reliability and compliance.
Configures integrations between Salesforce and other tools, ensuring seamless data flow and optimized system performance.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support organizational goals.
Skills/Abilities, Experience And Education Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
2-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
Proficiency in Salesforce Flows, custom objects, and data security configurations.
Hands-on expertise with data management tools (e.g., Dataloader, Jitterbit, or MuleSoft).
Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning components and integration with REST APIs.
Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Proven experience in providing end-user training, support, and documentation.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience contributing to Agile projects.
Demonstrated analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving complex technical challenges.
Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and AI-driven tools like Agentforce is a plus.
Experience with subscription billing platforms like Zuora is highly desirable.
Experience supporting B2B sales teams is a significant advantage.
Experience supporting Service Cloud Voice/call center technology is a plus.

Annual salary range $70,000 - $85,000 based on experience. This role is also bonus eligible.
