About The Role
The Principal Consultant – IdAM is responsible for designing and architecting varying levels of complex IdAM frameworks to support system-wide security and IDAM technical architecture requirements. You will define processes for security platforms, system specifications, and technical and business compatibility, and identify, analyse, and resolve design weaknesses.
We are open to candidates from any Australian capital city.
Duties
Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of all modules/capabilities within the IDAM Practice
Articulate IDAM functionality and required delivery architecture to clients and to internal working teams.
Analyse delivery needs toward defining value proposition for customers.
Answer, prepare and document proposals regarding capabilities and architecture of IDAM solutions.
Deliver IDAM expertise in implementing cross-organisational projects.
Contribute to the overall effort of the IDAM technical direction of CyberCX.
As a thought leader in the IDAM Practice, contribute to best practice and thought leadership in the form of whitepapers, reference architecture and playbooks.
Skills & experience
A minimum of 8 years gained from working in Professional Services, Cyber Security and Technology with strong exposure to IdAM.
Preferred: experience with market leading IdAM vendor products including CyberArk, Okta, IBM, SailPoint, Dell or Microsoft
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate information into complex IdAM solutions to benefit the business.
A strong interest in security technology, knowledge of emerging industry practices and development best practices
