FP&A Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive FP&A Manager to join our finance team and support all BTC Inc brands. In this role, you will drive financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis for a dynamic organization at the forefront of the Bitcoin ecosystem. You’ll play a key role in informing strategic decision-making by providing actionable insights and comprehensive financial models. This position is ideal for an analytical thinker with exceptional attention to detail and a results-oriented finance professional who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Financial Planning & Forecasting:

• Lead the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Create and maintain sophisticated financial models to predict future performance under various scenarios.
• Provide leadership with detailed analysis and insights to guide decision-making.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Develop comprehensive financial reporting packages that synthesize performance, identify risks and opportunities, and present actionable recommendations.
• Analyze P&L and balance sheet data to monitor financial health and performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial insights with company goals.

Strategic Financial Support:

• Evaluate new opportunities and investments, conducting scenario analysis and ROI assessments.
• Identify opportunities to optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency.
• Analyze pricing across all product lines and develop financial models to evaluate and support commercial terms to guide decision-making and ensure financial goals are met .
• Construct financial models with limited or unstructured data to support strategic initiatives.

Collaboration & Process Improvement:

• Work collaboratively with brand leaders, product teams, and other stakeholders to support their financial needs including budget management and commercial insight.
• Continuously improve financial processes and systems, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting workflows.
• Explore AI tools and automation to streamline manual processes.

• 2+ years of digital design / Webflow experience
• Experience working in client services or as part of a team or freelancer
• Experience with tools like Asana, Slack, Notion, and GitHub
• Proficiency in web animation principles and the ability to implement engaging, interactive animations that enhance user experience.
• Knows Figma inside and out
• You have experience using various prototyping tools to help understand how to test concepts and communicate experiences to internal teams and clients.
• You speak English, fluently
• You can explain the logic behind your designs.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI and visual design skills, including proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma.
• A forward-thinking vision with regard to desktop and mobile best practices, developments, and trends in web design
• Be comfortable taking risks in design, pushing past the obvious, and making something you love
• Be invested in your craft, making continuous investment in learning new techniques and tools to better yourself and the team.
• Strong problem-solving ability, be organized and process-oriented

1 Month:

• Gain a deep understanding of BTC Inc’s mission, values, and financial systems.
• Review existing financial models, reporting processes, and forecasting methodologies.
• Deep dive into the general ledger with a laser-focus on understanding the parts of the whole at the base level.
• Meet with key stakeholders across brands to understand their financial needs.

3 Months:

• Take ownership of the company’s forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Deliver your first comprehensive financial reporting package, complete with actionable insights.
• Identify and propose improvements to existing financial workflows.

6 Months:

• Partner with cross-functional teams to build scalable, automated financial processes.
• Develop predictive models to anticipate risks and uncover growth opportunities.
• Actively contribute to strategic initiatives by providing data-driven recommendations.
• Conduct pricing and margin analysis across all active business lines.

12 Months:

• Establish a reputation as a trusted financial advisor across the organization.
• Drive measurable improvements in financial reporting accuracy, efficiency, and insights.
• Mentor junior finance team members and foster a culture of analytical excellence.
