The Role

The Director of Bitcoin for Corporations will be responsible for leading and scaling the Bitcoin for Corporations (BFC) initiative, a joint effort between Strategy B ( Formerly MicroStrategy) and Bitcoin Magazine to accelerate corporate Bitcoin adoption. This role requires a high-energy leader with deep expertise in Bitcoin, corporate finance, and business strategy. In this role, you’ll lead the entire product development of the initiative, overseeing member acquisition, strategic partnerships, and corporate treasury onboarding while also providing advisory services for BFC members.

You’ll Be Doing

Corporate Bitcoin Strategy & Advisory

• Act as a trusted advisor to corporations, institutional investors, and industry leaders on Bitcoin adoption and treasury management.
• Provide strategic guidance on Bitcoin custody, accounting, and financial regulations.
• Facilitate high-impact partnerships that drive long-term adoption and financial innovation.
  
  

Membership Growth & Industry Leadership

• Drive corporate membership acquisition and engagement to position BFC as the premier industry alliance for Bitcoin.
• Strengthen relationships with existing and prospective members, ensuring retention and growth.
• Establish BFC’s authority in Bitcoin regulation, treasury management, and corporate finance through strategic thought leadership.
  
  

Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Development

• Serve as the primary liaison to MicroStrategy and other key industry players, leveraging their expertise to drive Bitcoin adoption.
• Develop and nurture relationships with policymakers, influential Bitcoin companies, and corporate decision-makers.
  
  

Events, Content & Public Engagement

• Represent BFC at Bitcoin for Corporations, MicroStrategy World, and other flagship events.
• Develop thought leadership content, including white papers, webinars, and case studies on corporate Bitcoin strategy.
• Enhance BFC’s media and public presence to establish industry influence.
  
  

Fundraising & Revenue Strategy

• Secure strategic funding, sponsorships, and partnerships to expand BFC’s initiatives.
• Develop and execute monetization strategies, including membership tiers, consulting services, and event sponsorships.
  
  

We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level sales, strategic consulting, or business development, with a proven track record of engaging C-suite executives and closing complex deals.
• Bitcoin Expertise: Deep understanding of Bitcoin as an asset, corporate treasury strategies, and financial markets.
• Corporate Finance & Treasury: Experience advising corporations on treasury allocation, balance sheet optimization, and financial strategy.
• Strategic & Deal-Making Skills: Proven ability to structure deals, secure equity positions in exchange for advisory, and negotiate complex agreements.
• Leadership & Execution: Ability to build and scale a high-impact initiative with a mix of startup agility and corporate structure.
• Public Speaking & Thought Leadership: Strong ability to educate executives, write compelling content, and represent BFC in high-profile settings.
• Networking & Business Development: Existing relationships with corporate executives, institutional investors, and key Bitcoin industry players.

The Pay Range For This Role Is

120,000 - 167,000 USD per year(Remote)
