As a Database Administrator (DBA), you will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of database systems to ensure high availability, security, and performance. This position requires expertise in database management, troubleshooting, and data integrity best practices to support mission-critical applications.

Must Have Skills

Extensive experience in database administration (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB).
Strong proficiency in database performance tuning, indexing, and query optimization.
Expertise in backup and disaster recovery strategies.
Hands-on experience with database replication, clustering, and high availability solutions.
Proficiency in scripting languages (SQL, Bash, or Python) for automation and maintenance tasks.
Knowledge of cloud-based database solutions (AWS RDS, Azure SQL Database, Google Cloud SQL).
Experience with database security best practices, including role-based access control and encryption.
Strong understanding of database monitoring tools and proactive issue resolution.
