Job description

We are looking for a Change Organizational Manager to drive holistic technology change experiences within the pharmaceutical industry. You will lead organizational change management planning and ensure the successful adoption of Informatics products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute communication strategies for IT-driven changes.
Partner with senior stakeholders to drive organizational behavior change.
Apply change management methodologies to assess impact and readiness.
Collaborate with UX, Partnering and Engagement teams to enhance initiatives.
Act as a strategic partner for product roadmaps and resource management.
Align deployment strategies with business cycles and key initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proven project management experience in dynamic environments.
Familiarity with change management and Agile methodologies.
At least five years of experience in organizational change management.
Fluency in English is a must.
