BackStretch is seeking ONE Managing Director for our Ontario region to build and nurture strategic partnerships and drive growth. This is an Independent Contractor role where you will have full ownership of all activity within Ontario, with the flexibility to expand into international markets as you scale.


You’ll leverage our proven, scalable recruitment model, work independently with the full support of the operations team, and create partnerships with some of the fastest growing and most promising companies. As you build your business and performance thrives, you'll be rewarded with significant compensation potential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with top-tier companies to drive business growth across Ontario and beyond.
  • Take ownership of your territory, building a robust network of clients and developing long-lasting relationships.
  • Work independently while having access to a dedicated back-office and support team to ensure your success.
  • Lead business development efforts with a proven recruitment model, offering high compensation potential, including recurring income.
  • Collaborate with a team of experts and share insights with senior executives and founders, helping them build their dream teams.
