Job description

We are seeking a skilled Odoo Developer with experience in Azure Infrastructure and Azure DevOps to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming, as well as experience with the Odoo framework. In addition, the ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Azure Infrastructure and Azure DevOps, including the ability to set up and manage cloud environments, automate deployments, and implement continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

General Accountabilities

Develop custom modules and integrations for the Odoo platform using Python.
Understand and be able to detect problems in Azure cloud environments, including virtual machines, databases, and storage accounts.
Implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps is a highly preferred skill but not mandatory.
Troubleshoot and debug issues related to Odoo and Azure Infrastructure.
Collaborate with the development team and business stakeholders to design and implement solutions.
Write and maintain technical documentation.

Job Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's in computer science or a related field
ITSM foundation training is required.

Experience:

Experience working with multicultural teams and customers.
Experience defining, creating, and managing procedures.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of Python programming and the Odoo framework.
3+ years of experience as an Odoo Developer.
Experience with Azure Infrastructure and Azure DevOps.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

Professional Skills

Fluent English language skills required: verbal and written communication.
Have strong interpersonal and communication skills: capable of training users in complex topics and making presentations to internal groups.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to write technical work instructions to add value to the teams’ operations.
Self-motivated and disciplined.
Strong investigative and analysis skills.
Strong technical and process design and implementation skills.
