Job description

Working As a Senior Financial Consultant, You Will

  • Analyze financial and accounting processes to identify areas for optimization.
  • Configure and customize the D365F&O system according to client requirements.
  • Conduct manual testing of implemented functionalities and prepare test scenarios.
  • Integrate D365F&O with other IT systems.
  • Optimize the performance of the D365F&O system.
  • Prepare project documentation, including requirement specifications, implementation plans, and progress reports.
  • Deliver training sessions for end users and provide post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate with project teams and other departments to ensure alignment between the system and business processes.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and propose further improvements.

Qualifications

  • Hold a higher education degree in IT, management, or a related field.
  • Have 3-5 years of experience in implementing or maintaining financial-accounting systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
  • Experience in integrating D365F&O with other systems.
  • Experience in optimizing financial-accounting processes, both from a procedural and system performance perspective.
  • Expert knowledge of the General Ledger module and operational processes such as accounts receivable and accounts payable related to procurement and sales.
  • Ability to manage financial operations in multi-company and international configurations.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing D365F&O.
  • Strong process design skills with a focus on high performance.
  • Additional experience with the logistics or master planning modules in D365F&O is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify optimization areas.
  • Ability to create project documentation, requirement specifications, and user instructions.
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level); additional languages are a plus.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 or project management certifications are an advantage.
