Job description

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for IT positions
  • Actively sourcing candidates using various tools and methods (direct search, database, networking, etc.)
  • Conducting interviews and assessing candidates’ competencies
  • Creating and publishing job advertisements
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Monitoring the IT market and implementing new recruitment strategies
  • Managing and updating the candidate database

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment and sourcing
  • Ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
  • English proficiency at a minimum B2 level
  • Solid understanding of the IT industry and technical roles
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, innovative, and quality-oriented approach
  • Can-do attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
