Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for IT positions
Actively sourcing candidates using various tools and methods (direct search, database, networking, etc.)
Conducting interviews and assessing candidates’ competencies
Creating and publishing job advertisements
Ensuring a positive candidate experience
Monitoring the IT market and implementing new recruitment strategies
Managing and updating the candidate database

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment and sourcing
Ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
English proficiency at a minimum B2 level
Solid understanding of the IT industry and technical roles
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proactive, innovative, and quality-oriented approach
Can-do attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Rate up to 8 000 PLN/month net + VAT & bonuses
