Associate Channel Manager

The Associate Channel Manager will be responsible for representing Ansell to our clients in an effective and ethical manner. As a member of the Channel Team, he / she must demonstrate high integrity, collaboration, and an ability to raise and resolve conflicts in a way that is in line with our values.
Detailed description
The Associate Channel Manager will promote the strategic management of Channel Partners assigned. This role will focus on maximizing sales growth and market penetration by driving incremental revenue through established Channel Partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering strong relationships, aligning partner sales resources, and driving sales engagement through different strategies. The Associate Channel Manager will play a key role in ensuring that Ansell’s commercial strategies are well-executed through the Channel partner.
In this position you will be driving profitable market share growth for Ansell by optimizing relationships with the assigned Channel Partners, aligning market dynamics, strategies, and operations, and ensuring the execution of growth programs through field sales.
