10+ yrs of relevant experience
Technical Skills
Hands on experience on Azure environment like configuration, troubleshooting of Azure Compute instances, Azure Backup, Azure Storage Monitor, snapshot, Azure Storage, VNet, Load Balancers and RBAC, Azure compute resources and Performance tuning
Must have an Azure Gov cloud environment day to day support and management experience
Exposure to Networking, routing at Layer 3 and 3 tier architectures
Must have a hands-on experience of system administration of Windows server-side infrastructure and associated technologies On Azure & Physical servers
Manage windows server features and roles such as Terminal servers (RDS), DNS, DHCP, etc
Design, implement and troubleshoot Azure Site Recovery, AD FS, Express Route, Automation of deployment using PowerShell
Windows: Configure and troubleshoot Terminal servers (RDS), Windows Clustering, NLB, DFS, Internal PKI, and Hyper-V. PowerShell cmdlet and scripting
Prior experience working at an ISP/Managed Services/IT Services company is preferred, and a background in dealing with global teams and remote teams will be a strong plus
Hands on experience on critical and non-critical Incident Management, Able to diagnose day to day Infrastructure issue to identify application or infrastructure root cause
Familiar on ITIL process like Incident, Problem, Change management processes
Provide resolution or workarounds to Infrastructure issues based on identified root causes
Leadership Skills
Strong Leadership/ Team Building/ Decision Making attribute
Communicate requirements and work closely with customer(s) to technical team and acting as a bridge between technical team and customer
Establish governance standards across the project, including tracking, monitoring and updating the status of program deliverables
Manage the program level risks and issues register, Facilitate periodic review meeting between the technical and customer team
Work with customer to technical team to enhance all project related SOPs
Experience in handling the Technical team with people Manager role
Excellent team / People management skills
Take ownership of client deliverables - Both for self and team.
Experience in configuring and resolving a broad spectrum of issues with cloud services
Desired Candidate Profile Industry IT-Hardware & Networking Qualification B. E / B. Tech in Electronics/Telecommunications computer science or equivalent degree in IT related field.
