As a Graduate Intern at Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services Division, you’ll gain real-world experience with meaningful responsibilities, access to sales excellence programs, and the chance to collaborate globally, bringing new ideas and optimizing processes across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, accountable, forward-thinking, and possess outstanding leadership development and/or technical skills, organizational awareness, and a commitment to excellence.
Major Roles & Responsibilities:
To support one or multiple sales excellence projects with initiatives of improving sales productivity and effectiveness, sales performance management and sales process integration SOP etc based on candidate’s skillsets and experiences
To facilitate the implementation of processes to manage time, cost and quality of the project.
To produce project plans.
To monitor project progress and other performance indicators, including preparation of progress reports.
To collect and consolidate data, run analysis and make proposals and recommendations for outstanding challenges
To track and document changes and liaise with the project stakeholders.
To coordinate meetings and draft minutes
Work as a collaborative member of a team to continually improve abilities, processes, and SOPs
Perform other essential tasks, and responsibilities as required across a varied workspace
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Have a strong command of the English language, both verbal and written; multi-language skill is a plus
Strong in data analysis and presentation, proven Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, knowledge about other BI tools will be a plus
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
Possess a growth mind-set and a self-starter, takes the initiative to follow through on outstanding tasks, often independently
Experience & Educational Background Required for the Job:
Currently enrolled, or recently graduated with Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA).
3 – 5 years of experience in project management, business analysis/planning, sales operations or similar roles will be a plus.
Hours Worked:
Twenty hours per week minimum. However, must be flexible to meet the needs of the department and responsibilities as assigned.
Compensation Range: $41 - $49 per hour (e.g., the job posting is not necessarily reflective of actual compensation that may be earned, and actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as locations, education, experience, and skillset).
