Leave of Absence Account Executive - Remote

Charles Taylor is a highly successful global provider of professional services to the insurance industry. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leave of Absence Account Executive to join our team. This is a remote position.

Job Summary

This full-time role will serve as the single point of contact for assigned FMLA clients. This person is responsible for all phases of the FMLA program.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively work a caseload of clients enrolled with us for FMLA, STD, Personal Medical leaves etc
• Provide consultative assistance to clients regarding approvals and denials of leaves and recommendations
• Effectively communicate all claim related info including leave approvals/denials, return to work, restricted hours and next steps
• Be the one point of contact for all leave inquiries for your dedicated accounts
• Perform other related duties as assigned
  
  
  

Requirements

• Positive attitude and team player mentality
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Workers' compensation knowledge is a plus
