You will take part in all phases of SW development – from discussing requirements, through design, design review, documentation, implementation, testing and validation, deployment, and support.

YOUR ROLE

work closely with a strong team of experts to build well-designed, resilient, and performant SaaS solutions
design research and develop core services and features
mentor other team members
collaborate with product, DevOps, backend, and frontend engineers to deliver elegant and well-thought-out solutions for complex problems
write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using engineering best practices

If You Are a Person Who Gained

7+ years of backend experience (Go, Java, Rust..)
3+ years of Golang experience
experienced in leading big scale projects
good understanding and experience in distributed systems infrastructure
experience with data engineering – data pipelines, data lakes, stream processing, distributed analytical systems (ClickHouse, Spark, Iceberg, Trino..)
highly responsible, taking features from initial requirements through all design and development lifecycles till the feature is well tested and successfully runs in production
familiar and following – Design patterns, SOLID, DRY, KISS, YAGNI
well-experienced with full SW development lifecycle
experienced working with microservices and containers
passion for distributed systems design and infrastructure
a knack for benchmarking and optimization
good level of English – written and verbal
excellent communication skills, impact-oriented and a can-do approach
