Case Manager / Processor - Secured Loans

Fully remote - within the UK

£28,000 - £33,000 + Commission (£45k-£55k OTE)


My client is a household name and an established leader within their niche, employing circa 170 people across the UK.
As an innovative disruptor within financial services, my client has built a bespoke - cutting edge platform, which enables their case managers/processors to work efficiently and at a high volume.

Due to year-on-year growth, my client is actively seeking experienced ambitious secured loan case managers to join their successful Secured Loans team.

The purpose of this position is to fully package client cases, ensuring a quick, simple and smooth journey for the client. You are required to own the full case journey from 'Pack in' to 'Funded' stage.


Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a whole of market environment, in secured loan case management (packaging/processing) (ESSENTIAL)
  
• Working to strict customer deadlines
  
• CeMAP or part CeMAP qualified (not essential/advantageous)
  
• Excellent communication, organisation and presentation skills
