The opportunity:

Alpha FMC is looking for a Business Support Assistant to join a growing Business Support team to support the company’s ongoing growth:


Contractor Management

  • Work with the wider Operations team to manage the Group’s contractor onboarding, ongoing management and offboarding process
  • Monitor Alpha Group’s contractor base and ensure other operational processes are updated accordingly
  • Provide suggestions and deliver improvements to the contractor management process
  • Build excellent relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring any issues are resolved at the earliest opportunity
  • Liaise with Alpha consultants to ensure contractor processes runs smoothly


Client Support and RFP process

  • Work with key business stakeholders and Operations team to support with business critical client processes
  • Complete client Request for Proposals (RFPs) when needed to support Alpha Group’s critical client relationships
  • Complete client Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) when needed to ensure Alpha Group meets its key client obligations

Business Support processes and projects

  • Work alongside the business management and support team on strategic operational, technology and governance initiatives
  • Work alongside a change manager, providing project management and PMO support for key change and integration projects
  • Work with the Business Support team on other critical business management processes and priorities


The role provides opportunity for growth and progression as the jobholder will continuously build a thorough understanding of Alpha’s business model, strategy, employees, industry and clients. Through this the jobholder will work on increasingly complex projects, developing a business case for promotion and progression in the Group.

  • Good Microsoft Office skills, experience in other SaaS systems (e.g. Salesforce, Slack) is a plus

  • Business language fluency in English
  • Ability to cope with demanding and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organisational skills
