As a Fenergo Developer in the Capital Markets space, you will work on designing, developing, and deploying customizations and integrations of Fenergo’s Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Provide timely resolution for any technical issues related to Fenergo implementations and integrations, including debugging and root cause analysis.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and consultants to understand client requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Ensure all Fenergo customizations and integrations are thoroughly tested in a variety of environments and meet functional, technical, and business requirements.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain detailed technical documentation for solutions developed, configurations applied, and integrations built. Share knowledge and mentor junior team members when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in software development, with at least 1-2 years focused on Fenergo CLM implementations.

  • Knowledge of Capital Markets regulations (e.g., MiFID II, Dodd-Frank, EMIR, FATCA, etc.) and their implementation within Fenergo.
  • Solid understanding of client lifecycle management (CLM), KYC/AML, and regulatory reporting processes in the financial services industry.

  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills, with experience resolving issues in complex systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, client-facing environment.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira for project tracking.
